Pink Oyster Mushrooms

Vibrant in colour and deep in flavour, the Pink Oyster really gives the wow factor to soups, stews, stir-fries and rice dishes. The meaty texture adds another layer of enjoyment to the flavour and looks of these awesome delicacies.

There is the option to have these mushrooms arrive in a cluster or trimmed, depending on the style of cooking you have in mind. The Wicked Healthy team (video below) prefer to cook the mushrooms in clusters, whereas other people (usually less wicked) prefer the pre-trimmed variety.

Orders will be despatched same day if placed before 12:00 noon Monday- Thursday. Orders placed between 12:00 noon on Thursday and 12:00 noon on Monday will be despatched on Monday. Deliveries will be made by a third party courier within 1-2 days of despatch. Orders will not be despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays.
