How to use the Impressions Packs!

It’s great to hear that you’re going to try it out for the first time!

Since everyone’s physiology is different, it is recommended to try each herb separately at first to see how they work for you individually. To do this, steep one single herb at a time, using the suggested serving size (usually around 1 teaspoon) for each herb. This will allow you to better understand the effects of each herb and decide which ones you like before considering mixing them. Since this is an impression pack it gives you a chance to see if you like an herb enough to purchase larger amounts.

Of course, if you find that you enjoy multiple herbs and their effects, you can experiment with mixing them in the future to create your own custom blend. But for now, it’s best to start with one herb at a time to get a clear understanding of their unique properties. Enjoy your herbal exploration!
