Magic mushroom spore syringes must be properly stored to ensure long-term viability. We’d recommend storing them in the refrigerator, or in a cool, dark space. You should always keep the syringes away from high heat or direct sunlight. However, spore syringes last a very long time and are quite hardy.

All spore product orders are processed and shipped within one business day of payment receipt. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon through all of Sunday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday or the next business day. If an item is back-ordered, we will do our best to inform you if your order is expected to be delayed longer than two days. The transit time depends on the delivery method chosen during checkout. Typically, packages being shipped in the continental US will take between 2-5 business days. However, delivery dates are out of our control once the package is in the carrier’s possession. The delivery date estimates shown during checkout are only estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders for spore products are shipped in thermal-insulated bubble mailers to prevent damage during shipping. Spawn will ship in cardboard shipping boxes according to the size of the order. All packages are discreetly labeled with only the needed details on the shipping label. They do not include any indication or description of the contents inside the package. The return address on the label will be “Psychedelic Society.”
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. This will include your shipment details and tracking number. When placing your order, include a valid email address we can use to contact you with tracking information. If you don’t see this email by the end of the next business day following your order, please check your spam and promotions folders. Emails can occasionally be improperly categorized.
If the carrier reports the package with your tracking number has been delivered when it hasn’t been, we can help resolve the matter. First, check with other household members to ensure your package was not retrieved by someone else. If your order is still not accounted for, please contact us so that we may investigate the issue further. We may ask for you to file a lost package claim with the carrier so that we may be reimbursed for the lost package. After a claim is filed with the carrier, please provide us with the claim details and we will promptly reship a replacement order free of charge.
The Psychedelic Society requires all customers to be over the age of 18 to purchase any spores from our website. Proof of age may be required. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Packages will be subject to rough handling during transit. If your order has been damaged or broken in transit, please contact us. We may ask you to file a damage claim with the carrier so that we may be able to receive reimbursement from the carrier. As soon as a claim is filed, we will make arrangements to reship your order so that you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary to receive your order while the matter is being investigated by the carrier.
While we do not offer refunds or returns for safety reasons, we offer a clean culture guarantee on all spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. If you find any of our spore products to be contaminated or non-viable, please contact us immediately with relevant details. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. We may ask for additional details and/or photo evidence to help us identify the cause of the problem and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Psychedelic Society will not include an invoice with your order. We do, however, include a packing slip for your shipment that will include all items within the shipment. Pricing information is not included on the packing slip.

Our secure credit card processing system allows us to process your payment using our merchant account via protected servers without third-party processing services like PayPal. For best results, view your spores at 400x or greater magnification. Place a small drop of spore solution on a glass slide and cover it with a glass cover slip. Remove excess water from the slide with the corner of a paper towel or cotton swab to prevent the coverslip from drifting. Magnification over 1000x will require oil immersion techniques for best results. Then, move the slide and meddle with the focus until you are able to clearly see oval-shaped spores.
Your spore syringe comes with a high concentration of Psilocybe spores in an aqueous solution, a screw-on needle, an alcohol prep pad, and the syringe itself. If you order a pack-product, you’ll receive multiple of each, depending on the pack you’ve selected.
Our magic mushroom spore syringes are prepared meticulously and carefully. First, we take fresh spore prints under sterile conditions and immediately package them in sterile syringes in our ISO 7 Clean Room. We fill the syringes with a very high concentration of spores, then seal it, put on a label for the strain, and finish it up in our beautiful custom packaging
On a federal level, all of our magic mushroom spore products are 100% legal to purchase and possess in the USA for microscopy and taxonomy purposes. State and municipal regulations may differ, so check your local policies before placing your order. Spores do not contain any illegal active compounds like psilocybin, and thus they are widely available to buy on sites like ours.
However, do not attempt to grow or cultivate any psilocybin-containing mushrooms. Doing so is illegal in the United States. We will not be held liable for any legal repercussions you may incur. Please do not ask us any questions about growing psilocybin mushroom spores, as doing so may result in your order being canceled and your account being denied.
Look for discoloration, yellowing, obvious molds, or fuzziness in the fluid. However, please note that black clumps and cloudiness in the syringe (or pale white for Albino Penis Envy) are actually healthy spores. You should always see clumps of them floating around your syringe.
Our syringes are prepared in a sterile environment to ensure your sample is contaminant-free. However, once your spores are released from the syringe, they are subject to competition from bacteria, mold, and other microbes. All of your research should be done in a sterile setting to reduce or avoid contamination.
In the rare event of contamination in our spore products, contact our support team with photos clearly displaying contamination at the inoculation site within 30 days of order fulfillment. We will assess your claim within three business days and, if validated, replace the product according to our satisfaction guarantee policy. For microscopy research, we highly recommend using agar plates to test spore products. Any claims directly indicating the cultivation of psychoactive mushrooms will result in claim denial.
